Shipping policy

At Shilajit.ae, all orders are carefully inspected, packed, and dispatched directly from our temperature-controlled facility at Warehouse #45, Street 17B, Al Khabaisi, Deira, Dubai, UAE.

1. Delivery Coverage & Timeframes

• Dubai: Same-day delivery for orders placed before 1:00 PM (GST). Orders placed after 1:00 PM are delivered the next business day.
• Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman: Express delivery within 24 to 48 hours.
• Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain: Delivery within 24 to 48 hours.

2. Shipping Rates

• Free Express Delivery: Available on all orders of AED 150 or above across all seven Emirates.
• Standard Delivery: A flat rate of AED 15 applies to orders under AED 150.

3. Payment Methods Upon Delivery

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay cash to the courier upon arrival.
• Card on Delivery: Our courier partners carry contactless POS machines for debit/credit card payments.
• Prepaid Online: Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay accepted at checkout.

4. Order Tracking
