At shilajit.ae, we pride ourselves in selecting only the highest quality Shilajit Products.

It is important to remember Taste is too subjective. Many Shilajit Products that some find amazing, others dislike, so we cannot offer refunds or returns simply because you do not like the taste of Shilajit Products.

Shilajit Products react to their immediate indoor environment and external weather conditions. Once we dispatch our shipment, several changes in condition may result in their longevity being reduced. Air conditioning, extreme heat or changes in temperature may also have an adverse effect on the products. Unfortunately, with all the possible variables, it is difficult for shilajit.ae to guarantee the product quality in every case.

For that reason, we ask that you please contact us via email at info@shilajit.ae to discuss your queries or concerns in relation to your order.

Refund or Replacement Policy

shilajit.ae is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. shilajit.ae does not compromise on product quality. shilajit.ae reserves the right to to refuse returns of any Shilajit Products whether they are unopened, unused or remain sealed.

For health and safety reasons, Shilajit Products are NOT returnable or exchangeable EXCEPT in cases in which we shipped the incorrect or damaged item.

Damaged items must be reported to us within 12 hours of receipt of your order, shilajit.ae will be happy to consider an exchange request or Discount Vouchers.
